The process for selling your house in the first instance involves having an estate agent visit to view your property to give you an indication of its value. Before the property can be marketed for sale a Home Report requires to be instructed and paid for by the Seller. We can arrange these things on your behalf together with the preparation of the Sales Schedule and thereafter discuss with you the marketing of your property through Perthshire Solicitors Property Centre and if required other national websites, such as Zoopla and Primelocation.

We will provide you with advice about offers received and negotiate to ensure you achieve the highest possible price for the sale of your property.

Once you have verbally agreed a price the contract (Missives) is then negotiated and within three to four weeks you should have a binding contract for the sale of your property.

The conveyancing carried out on your behalf involves the negotiation of the contract and dealing with the conveyancing required in connection with the transfer of the title to your house to the purchasers. The solicitors at Watson & Lyall Bowie have years of experience in dealing with house sales and conveyancing and will ensure that we are always available to speak to you to ensure that the whole transaction is as stress free as possible.

Please complete all fields and we will contact you shortly.
